Where do you ship? We currently ship to [List countries, e.g., the United States, Canada, and the UK]. If you are located outside of these regions, please contact us to see if we can arrange a special delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

How long will it take to get my order? Orders are processed within [1-2] business days.

Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.

  • In their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Free of stains, makeup, or deodorant marks.

How do I start a return? To initiate a return, email us atΒ europaprestigeshop@gmail.comΒ 

In the email provide a reason for the return, then submit order number and email address you used during the purchase. You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

Do you offer free exchanges? Yes! If you need a different size or color, exchanges are free. Just select the "Exchange" option in our Returns Portal.

How long does a refund take? Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow [5-7] business days for us to process it. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How do I know which size to order? Each product page features a specific Size Guide located right above the size selection buttons. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your numbers to our chart.

What if I am between sizes?

  • For a tighter fit: Size down.

  • For a looser fit: Size up.

  • If you are still unsure, feel free to reach out to us for personal advice!

Will the clothes shrink after washing? Our items are pre-shrunk; however, cotton items may shrink slightly if dried on high heat. We always recommend following the care instructions on the label.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that window, we may not be able to intercept the package, but you can always return it after delivery.

Where do I enter my promo code? You can enter your discount code at checkout in the box labeled "Gift card or discount code." Click "Apply" to see your new total.

How should I wash my Europa Prestige items? To keep your gear looking fresh:

  • Wash inside out with cold water.

  • Tumble dry on low or hang dry.

  • Do not bleach or iron directly on prints/logos.
